This agreement becomes applicable when a Webmaster successfully downloads or uses any one of the Free Joomla Templates offered at JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com.

JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com and Webmaster are not in a business relationship.

JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com is free to offer this opportunity to any Webmaster.

Webmaster declares that Webmaster is legally entitled to make use of JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com.

Webmaster hereby applies to use the JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com Free Joomla Templates as per this agreement.

Webmaster WILL NOT REMOVE the JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com Footer Credit Links from the Free Joomla Templates. This is strictly forbidden and will result in serious legal penalties to Webmaster. If Webmaster feels that the Footer Credit Links are not appropriate or that they violate any applicable laws, then Webmaster may not use the Free Joomla Templates.

Webmaster will hold JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com harmless in relation to any damage or loss that Webmaster may incur as a result of Webmaster’s use of JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com.

Webmaster agrees to fully compensate JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com for any loss or damage that JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com may incur as a result of Webmaster’s conduct.

JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com’s failure to enforce a particular term or condition herein does not constitute a waiver of the same.

This agreement and services at JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com may change at any time. Changes will be posted at the JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com website. Webmaster will immediately be subject to any such changes.

If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that any provision contained in this agreement is illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall solely affect the subject illegal or unenforceable provision and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions in this agreement.

This agreement supersedes any and all negotiations, understandings or agreements, whether written or verbal, between JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com and Webmaster regarding the subject matter hereof. This agreement may not be changed nor modified, nor may any provision hereof be waived, except in writing by JoomlaTemplatesDownload.com.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canberra ACT, Australia. Webmaster hereby submits to the Jurisdiction of Canberra ACT, Australia law.
